2022-2학기 연구성과지원금 접수를 진행합니다.

신청자는 연구성과지원금 신청서와 서류를 첨단영상대학원 교학지원팀 이메일로 제출하시기 바랍니다.

◎ 접수기간 : 2022.12.26.(월) ~ 2023.1.10.(화) (신청 저조에 따른 기간 연장)

◎ 논문출판일 : 2022.7.1. ~ 2022.12.31.

    ※ 2023.1~2023.7 출판 논​​문은 2023년 7월에 신청하시기 바랍니다(2023-1학기 재학, 연구등록자)

    ※ 2023.1~2023.2.5 출판 논​문이며, 2023년 2월 졸업예정자는 2023년 1월 말 추가접수 기간에

       신청하시기 바랍니다

1. 신청자격

  가. 2022학년도 2학기 재학생 및 수료 후 연구등록생

   ※ 박사학위 과정생은 수료 후 연구등록시 졸업 전까지 연구등록생으로 간주함.

   ※ ​졸업생 지원불가.

  나. 연구조교A, 성적우수장학금(공학) 등 장학지원을 받아 출판된 의무논문 및 동문회장학금 수혜논문 신청 불가

   ※ 신청하는 논문 기준으로, 장학수혜자 외의 공저자인 경우에도 신청 불가

  다. 신청자 본인이 제1저자여야 신청 가능

   ※ 단, 본 대학 재직중인 교수가 1저자이며 신청자 본인이 교신저자인 경우 '제1저자 확인서' 제출

  라. 한 학기 단위 3편까지만 신청 가능

   ※ 같은 논문이면 1명만 신청 가능

  마. 논문발간일 : 2022. 07. 01.~ 2022. 12. 31. 중 “오프라인 출판이 완료된 논문”에 한함

   ※ 온라인만 출간되는 논문일 경우 신청서 양식에 온라인 게재일과 확인가능한 사이트 작성​

2. 신청기간 : 2022.12.26.(월) ~ 2023.1.5.(목) - 학과 이메일로 제출​

3. 지원 금액 : 50만원 ~ 150만원

※ 4단계BK21 참여대학원생 : 50만원 ~ 200만원

※ 2월 말 지급 예정

※ 연구비 지원 사사가 포함된 연구 실적의 경우 50%만 지원

※ 2022.10.1.기준 BK21사업 참여대학원생을 대상으로 IF(%)에 따라 추가 지급 가능

4. 지원 기준

 *  별표는 4단계 BK21사업 참여대학원생을 대상으로 함(참여여부 판단 기준일자 : 2022.10.1.)

5. 제출서류

  가. 연구성과지원 신청서 1부

   ※ BK21사업 참여여부(2022.10.1. 기준) 표기 필수

  나. 연구실적(원본, 별쇄본, 사본 중 택 1)

   ※ 출판된 논문만 지원가능 (2022.7.1.~2022.12.31. 중 오프라인 출판이 완료된 논문)

     ★ “오프라인 출판”이 완료되어 권/호수가 확인가능한 논문만 지원 가능함.

     ★ 온라인만 게재되고 오프라인 출판이 완료되지 않은 논문은 출판 후, 다음 학기에 신청

   ※ 온라인만 게재되는 논문인 경우, 신청서에 온라인 게재일과 사이트 명기

   ※ 중앙대학교 소속이 반드시 실적물에 명기되어 있어야 함.(온라인 상 대표신분도 확인)

  다. 제1저자 확인서 1부(공동연구 교수 1저자, 신청자 본인은 교신저자일 경우)

  라. 본인 명의의 통장사본 1부 (해외 은행 불가)

6. 신청방법

학생들은 연구성과지원금 관련 서류들을 PDF나 스캔한 형태로 메일 제출 바랍니다.

※ 접수 여부는 반드시 교학지원팀으로 확인 바람

※ 신청서를 작성 및 관련서류 스캔 → 메일로 제출 → 교학지원팀에서 학과장 및 원장 서명

   → 교학지원팀 취합 후 대학원연구기획팀(302관 210호) 방문 제출

The Announcement of Application for Research Achievement Grant for 2022 2rd semester (Submit by email to GSAIM Admin. Office following non-face-to-face measure)

Reported date 2022.7.1.~2022.12.31. (submission to each department by email 2022.12.26.(Mon) ~ 2023.1.5.(Thu))

1. Qualification to apply

 A. Second semester of 2022 students and research registered students (who have applied for research registration)

  ※ However, a Ph.D. student shall be considered a research student until graduation if he or she registered for the first research after completing the course. Graduates are not eligible to apply.

B. Unable to apply for any thesis published with scholarship support, such as Scholarship for excellence in grades(Engineering), Research Assistant A, CAYSS, Graduate Student Support Scholarship, GPF, etc.

※ Unable to apply on the basis of the thesis applied, even if the contributor is other than the recipient of a scholarship.

C. First author

※ However, if one collaborated with the professor at this university, the first author, excluding the professor, should submit a confirmation form for the first author.

D. You can apply for up to three thesis per semester.

 ※ If it's the same paper, only one person can apply

E. The date of publication of the thesis: July 1st, 2022 ~ December 31th ,2022. published thesis only.

2. Application period:  2022.12.26.(Mon) ~ 2023.1.5.(Thu)​ - Submit by email to the department office

3. Support amount: 500,000 won to 1.5 million won

※ payment date is scheduled in end of February, 2023

※ Only 50% will be supported, limited to the research performance results including a research fund.

※ Additional payments can be made to graduate students participating in the BK21 project(from 2022.10.1.) according to IF (%)

4. Support Criteria

5. Submission documents

  A. The application for research results support.

  B. Research performance (Choose one between Original, Sub-printed, Copy)

※ Only published thesis can be supported.

★ Only papers that have been published offline can be supported.

★ Please apply for a thesis that has only been published online and has not been published offline in the next semester.

(The thesis available for this month is published from Jul 1st, 2022 ~ Dec 31st​, 2022 for the published thesis only.)

※ If the thesis is published only online, the date and site of the application should be listed.

※ Chung-Ang University should be listed in the results.

  C. 1st author confirmation (Submit only if the Professor is the first author and the applicant is the corresponding author)

  D. A copy of your bank account

6. Application method

In order to prevent the infection of COVID-19, we would like to proceed with the non-face-to-face process of receiving research performance support for the 2022.

Students are required to submit documents related to research performance support in PDF or scanned form. (Check with the GSAIM Admin office for submission)
