2023학년도 겨울학기 연구성과지원금 신청 안내

1. 지원 대상: 2024년 2월 졸업예정자, 수료예정자(석사)

      ※ ​졸업, 휴학생 지원불가

2. 접수 기간: 2024.1.30.(화) ~ 2024.2.5.(월)

3. 접수 방법: 첨단영상대학원 교학지원팀 직접제출 또는 이메일 제출

      ※ 교학지원팀 : 301관 506호, 이메일 yjbae2013@cau.ac.kr

4. 제출 서류

  1) 연구성과지원금 신청서 1부 [필수]

       ※  신청서는 국/영문 중 1개만 작성​

  2) 연구 실적 사본 1부 [필수]

       ※  본교 대학원생 소속 ​기재, 발간일 권(호) 확인 필수​

  3) 본인 명의 통장 사본 1부 [필수]

       ※  해외 은행 불가​

  4) 제 1저자 확인서 [선택, 본교 교수가 제1저자인 경우만]

5. 출판 기준: 2024.1. ~ 2024.2. (1~2월 호)

6. 제한 사항

  1) 성적, 연구조교, GRS, CAYSS, GPF, 연구재단 등 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문 신청불가

  2) 학기당 3편까지 신청 가능

  3) 동일 논문으로 다른 학생 중복신청 불가

  4) 제1저자만 신청 가능

      ※ 단, 실적물에서 본교 교수를 제외했을 때 신청자 본인이 제1저자인 경우 가능(제1저자 확인서 제출)

7. 장학 금액

  1) 지급 금액: 50만원~150만원

      ※ BK21 참여대학원생은 50만원~200만원

      ※ 실적물에 연구비 지원(funding) 사사문구 포함시 ​​기준금액의 50%만 지급

 * 4단계 BK21사업 참여대학원생 대상(기준일 2023.10.1.)

  2) 지급 일정: 2월 중순

​      ※ 심사-지급까지 오랜 시일이 소요됩니다. 미지급시 신청당시 계좌 확인 후 2월 중순 이후 문의바랍니다.​

​      ※ 학술지 IF(%)는 s2journal의 가장 최근 값 중 상위(%)를 기준으로 심사됩니다

​  Q: 공동 1저자도 지원 가능한가요?

​  A: 동일 논문에 대해서 1명만 지원 가능합니다

​  Q: 1저자이면 제1저자 확인서 제출 안해도 되나요?

​  A: 본인이 1저자이면 제출 안해도 됩니다. 본교 교수가 1저자인데, 본인이 2저자이거자 교신저자인 경우에만 제1저자 확인서 제출하시기 바랍니다

​  Q: 출판일 기준은 어떻게 확인하나요?

​  A: 해당 실적이 ‘몇월 호’에 출판되는지 확인하시면 됩니다. 출판 예정이라면 언제 출판되는지 게재예정증명서를 같이 제출해주시면 됩니다.

​  Q: 저번 학기 실적물인데 이번에 제출해도 되나요?

​  A: 신청 불가능합니다

​  Q: 신청 불가능한 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문은 무엇인가요?

​  A: 사사문구에 CAYSS, GRS 등 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문임이 기재되어있으면 신청 불가능합니다. 다만, 교수의 Research Grant와 같은 사사문구는 신청 가능합니다.

​Announcement of Application for Research Achievement Grant for 2023 winter semester

1. Qualification to apply: Those who are scheduled to graduate in Feb 2024 (Master, Doctor) and those who are scheduled to complete (Master)

2. Application period: 2024.1.30 (Tue) to 2024.2.5 (Mon)

3. How to Apply: Submit the scanned copy to GSAIM email or to GSAIM Office 301-506

      ※ yjbae2013@cau.ac.kr

4. Documents to be submitted​

  1) Application Form [Mandatory]

      ※ fill out only one application in Kor/Eng​

  2) Copy of paper​  [Mandatory]

      ※ Paper must state that the applicant belongs to the CAU.

      ※ Be sure to check the journal&squot;s vol/issue number.​

  3) Copy of your bankbook your own [Mandatory]​

      ※ overseas bank not available​

  4) Confirmation of First Author​ [Option, only professor from CAU​ is the first author]

5. Publication date​: Paper published on/offline from 2024.1. to 2024.2. (based on vol/issue)​

​

6. Restrictions​

  1) Mandatory papers for scholarships cannot be applied ex) RA, GRS, CAYSS, GPF​​..

  2) You can apply three papers per semester​

  3) Duplicate application not possible with the same paper​

  4) Only the first author can apply​

      ※ you can apply If the applicant is the first author when the professor(from CAU) is excluded from the paper(submit conformation form)

7. Scholarship amount​

  1) Amount to be paid​: 500,000 won to 1.5 million won​

      ※ Participating in BK21 are 500,000 won to 2 million won

      ※ Only 50% of the standard amount will be paid if funding acknowledgement is included in the paper

  * For graduate students participating in the BK21 (based date 2023.10.1.)

  2) Payment schedule​: By the end of August​

​      ※It takes a long time. Check the account you applied for in case of non-payment. Please inquire after February.

​      ※ The journal IF (%) is judged based on the top (%) of the most recent values from the s2journal

Q: Can co-authors apply?

A: Only 1 person can apply for the same paper

Q: If I&squot;m the first author, do I not have to submit the first author&squot;s confirmation?

A: You don&squot;t have to submit it if you are a first author. If you are a second author or a corresponding author and your professor is a first author, please submit the first author confirmation

Q: How do I check the publication date?

A: You have to check what month(vol/issue) your paper has been published. If it&squot;s scheduled to be published, you have to submit a certificate of when it will be published.

Q: Can I apply that has expired this time?

A: It is not possible to apply

Q: What is the mandatory paper for scholarship that cannot be applied?

A: You cannot apply if it is stated for scholarship such as CAYSS and GRS in the acknowledgement. However, you can apply such as the Professor&squot;s Research Grant.
