2026학년도 1학기 연구성과지원금 신청 안내

1. 지원 대상: 2026년 재학생 

      ※ 박사 과정생은 수료 후 최초 연구등록시 졸업 전까지 연구등록생으로 간주함

      ※ 졸업, 휴학생 지원불가

2. 접수 기간:  26.7.6 ~ 7.10 15:00 까지 (이후 추가접수 불가)

3. 접수 방법: 구글 폼 작성 및 업로드

      ※ 링크:  https://forms.gle/TJFUBeEhyu9K7wqQ6  

      ※ 폼 제출 시 본인 Gmail에서 확인 및 수정 가능

4. 제출 서류

  1) 논문 사본 1부 [필수]

       ※  본교 소속 명시, 권(호) 확인 필수

  2) 본인 명의 통장 사본 1부 [필수]

       ※  해외 은행 불가

  3) 제 1저자 확인서(본교 교수 외 제1저자인 경우만) 또는 지도교수 확인서

  4) 게재예정증명서 [선택, 게재 월 애매한 경우만]

5. 출판 기준: 2026.01.01. ~ 2026.6.30 (1~6월 호)

      ※ 2026년 재학생 아닌 경우 신청 불가      

      ※ 2026년 7월~8월 출판 논문은 2026년 7월 말에 신청(2026년 8월 졸업예정자)

      ※ 2026년 7월 이후 출판 논문은 2026년 12월에 신청(2026-2학기 재학, 연구등록생)

6. 제한 사항

  1) 성적, 연구조교, GRS, CAYSS, GPF, 연구재단 등 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문 신청불가

  2) 학기당 3편까지 신청 가능

  3) 동일 논문으로 다른 학생 중복신청 불가

  4) 제1저자만 신청 가능

      ※ 단, 실적물에서 본교 교수를 제외했을 때 신청자 본인이 제1저자인 경우 가능(확인서 제출)

7. 장학 금액

  1) 지급 금액: 50만원~150만원

      ※ BK21 참여대학원생은 50만원~250만원

      ※ 실적물에 연구비 지원(funding) 사사문구 포함시 기준금액의 50%만 지급

  * 해당 구간은 4단계 BK21사업 참여대학원생 대상만 적용(기준일 2026.03)

  2) 지급 일정: 7월말~ 8월 초

      ※ 심사-지급까지 오랜 시일이 소요됩니다. 미지급시 신청당시 계좌 확인 후 1월 중순 이후 문의 바랍니다.

      ※ 학술지 IF(%)는 s2journal의 가장 최근 값 중 상위(%)를 기준으로 심사됩니다

8. Q&A

  Q: 공동 제1저자도 지원 가능한가요?

  A: 공동 제1저자 역시 1저자로 판단하나, 동일 논문에 대해서 1명만 지원 가능합니다

  Q: 제1저자이면 제1저자 확인서 제출 안해도 되나요?

  A: 본인이 제1저자이면 제출 안해도 됩니다. 본교 교수가 제1저자인데, 본인이 제2저자이거나 교신저자인 경우에만 제1저자 확인서 제출하시기 바랍니다

  Q: 출판일 기준은 어떻게 확인하나요?

  A: 해당 실적이 ‘몇 월호’에 출판되는지 확인하시면 됩니다. 애매하다면 언제 출판되는지 게재예정증명서를 같이 제출해주시면 됩니다.

  Q: 저번 학기 실적물이거나 아직 미출판된 얼리엑세스인데 이번에 제출해도 되나요?

  A: 신청 불가능합니다

  Q: 신청 불가능한 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문은 무엇인가요?

  A: 사사문구에 CAYSS, GRS 등 장학수혜를 위한 의무논문임이 기재되어있으면 신청 불가능합니다. 다만, 교수님의 Research Grant와 같은 사사문구는 신청 가능합니다.

Announcement of Application for Research Achievement Grant for 2026 1st semester

1. Qualification to apply: who enrolled in the 1st semester of the 2026 or research registration

      ※ Ph.D. students are considered research registrants until graduation at the time of initial registration after completion

      ※ Unable to apply for graduation or leave of absence

2. Application period: 2026. 7. 6. (Mon) to 2026. 7. 10. (Fri), 3:00 PM (KST)

     ※ If you submit the form, you can check and modify it through your Gmail

4. Documents to be Uploaded

  1) Copy of paper  [Mandatory]

      ※ Paper must state that the applicant belongs to the CAU.

      ※ Be sure to check the journal&squot;s vol/issue number.

  2) Copy of your bankbook your own [Mandatory]

      ※ overseas bank not available

  3) Confirmation of First Author [Option, only applicant is the first author, excluding the professor from CAU]

  4) a certificate to be published [Option, only if the publication month is ambiguous]

5. Publication date: Paper published on/offline from 2026. 01. 01. to 2026. 6.30 (based on vol/issue)

      ※ papers published from July to Aug. 2026, apply at the end of July 2026 

         (those scheduled to graduate in 2026-Aug.)

      ※ paper published after July 2026, apply in Dec. 2026 (enroll 2nd semester of the 2026 or research register)

6. Restrictions

  1) Mandatory papers for scholarships cannot be applied ex) RA, GRS, CAYSS, GPF..

  2) You can apply three papers per semester

  3) Duplicate application not possible with the same paper

  4) Only the first author can apply

      ※ you can apply If the applicant is the first author when the professor(from CAU) is excluded from the paper(submit conformation form)

7. Scholarship amount

  1) Amount to be paid: 500,000 won to 1.5 million won

      ※ Participating in BK21 are 500,000 won to 2.5 million won

      ※ Only 50% of the standard amount will be paid if funding acknowledgement is included in the paper

  * For graduate students participating in the BK21 (based date 2026.03.)

  2) Payment schedule: By mid-August

      ※ It takes a long time. Check the account you applied for in case of non-payment. Please inquire after August

      ※ The journal IF (%) is judged based on the top (%) of the most recent values from the s2journal

Q: Can co-authors apply?

A: Only 1 person can apply for the same paper

Q: If I&squot;m the first author, do I not have to submit the first author&squot;s confirmation?

A: You don&squot;t have to submit it if you are a first author. If you are a second author or a corresponding author and your professor is a first author, please submit the first author confirmation

Q: How do I check the publication date?

A: You have to check what month(vol/issue) your paper has been published. If it&squot;s scheduled to be published, you have to submit a certificate of when it will be published.

Q: Can I apply that has expired this time?

A: It is not possible to apply

Q: What is the mandatory paper for scholarship that cannot be applied?

A: You cannot apply if it is stated for scholarship such as CAYSS and GRS in the acknowledgement. However, you can apply such as the Professor&squot;s Research Grant.
