  - 일시출국신청서(Application for Temporary Exit)
  - 정부초청 장학생은 학위 과정 재학 기간 중 일시출국을 희망할 경우에는
     일시출국예정일로부터 7일 전에 비행기표 사본과 더불어 일시출국신청서를 제출하여
     승인을 받은 후 출국해야 함 (일시출국일정에 대하여 행정실과 사전 상담 요망)
  - 귀국 후 교학지원팀에 입/출국 일자를 알려주어야 함.

• Application for Temporary Exit
• KGSP scholars who wish to temporarily leave the country during their degree program must submit the Application for Temporary Exit along with a copy of their flight ticket at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date and receive approval before leaving the country. (It is recommended to consult with the administrative office in advance regarding the departure schedule.)
• Upon returning, scholars must notify the Academic Support Team of their departure and return dates.
